How much time will I need to commit each week?
You can expect to spend around 1–2 hours per week going through your content and joining the live coaching call (or catching the replay). Everything is designed to be flexible and fit around your life - and you’ll be amazed how much can shift in just a few weeks with the right support.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
No problem! You’ll have access to all the call replays inside the private portal. You can also submit questions ahead of time if you can’t be there live - so you’ll still get your personal questions answered even if you miss a session.
Will this help with weight loss?
If that’s one of your goals - yes. This program focuses on helping you feel better in your body, which includes supporting your ideal weight in a healthy and sustainable way. We’ll focus on nourishing your body (not depriving it) so you can ditch the yo-yo dieting and feel in control again.
Is this for women only?
Yes. The Collective is a supportive space created specifically for women with celiac disease and NCGS. Everything from the topics we cover to the way I coach is tailored to the unique experience of women navigating celiac disease or NCGS and the unique conditions that women face.
I’ve done other programs and didn’t stick with them - how is this different?
This isn’t about strict rules or perfection. It’s about real-life strategies that you can actually stick with - because they’re designed for your lifestyle. Plus, you’re getting live support from me every week for the duration of the program, so you’re never doing it alone.
What if I have other health issues too?
That’s totally okay. Many women who I've coached also have other things going on - like thyroid issues, perimenopause, gut health problems, or other autoimmune conditions. This program is designed to support your whole health, not just your gluten free diet.
Is this just for newly diagnosed women?
Not at all. Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years in, you’ll benefit. However, if you're still figuring out how to navigate cross contact, label reading etc. I do recommend you start with Ultimate Celiac System first to get those fundamentals down pat.
How is this different from your other programs?
This is a health-focused live coaching program with live support exclusively from me - Belinda Whelan AKA The Healthy Celiac, not a step-by-step course.
