Gluten Free Muesli Bars

This recipe is great for kids lunch boxes (and adults of course). It's really tasty and chewy.


You will need


3 Cups Gluten Free Muesli 

2 Tbs Chia Seeds

2 Tbs Flax Seeds

1/2 Cup Honey

2 Tbs Butter

1/4 Cup Cornflour 

1/4 Cup Activated Buckinis (buckwheat - yes it is gluten free)


To Make


Preheat fan forced oven to 180 degrees celcius

Stir Honey and Butter in a saucepan over a low heat until melted

Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl

Pour Honey and Butter over combined ingredients and stir through

Pour mixture in to a baking dish and press down firmly

Bake 15 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to cool

Slice in to desired size (keeping pieces on baking baking paper as muesli bars will be quite soft and chewy at this stage)

Place in fridge to set

Store in airtight container for approx 10 days
