Homemade Cashew Milk

Updated: Oct 23, 2021

After a bit of trial and error, testing various recipes and making adjustments, I’ve come up with the most simple Cashew Milk recipe made in a Thermomix. If you don’t have a Thermomix, you could use a high speed blender.

You will need 150 grams Raw Cashews 1500 mls filtered water plus extra for soaking

To make Place cashews in enough water to cover them (I do this step in my Thermomix jug if I know I won’t be using it for the day...saves extra dishes) Soak cashews in water for minimum 4 hours (Don’t soak for too long to avoid mold from growing) Rinse cashews under fresh water Return cashews to jug and blend on high for 5 seconds Scrape cashew pulp down and repeat previous step Add 1500 mls water Blend on high for 3 mins Pour in bottles (I reuse pasta sauce bottles) Keep in fridge Shake before use and enjoy!

I love this milk as there’s no need to strain the pulp and it’s delicious and creamy. Perfect in a morning Coffee.

I’d love to know if you make it.
