200 grams/ 7 Ounces Dark Chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 cup Almonds, chopped
1 cup Dried Fruit of your choice (e.g., sultanas, goji berries, dried pineapple)
Optional extras -
Add 1/4 shredded coconut for a more tropical touch
Swap out the Almonds for crushed Walnuts or Pecans.
Add some Orange Zest which pairs perfectly with dark chocolate
*Ensure everything is gluten free
To Make
In a mixing bowl, stir the melted dark chocolate, honey, and peanut butter until combined.
