Overnight Chia Pudding

Updated: Jul 2

When you aren't able to eat oats, making overnight oats is beaten hands down by this overnight chia pudding.

It's such a delicious and easy breakfast, not to mention healthy.

You can also easily make it gluten free, dairy free and vegan, dependent on what you add to it.

Chia Seeds are incredibly easy to find. Your supermarket is likely to stock them otherwise check out your local health food store.

You will need

4 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Cup Almond Milk

1/2 Cup Yoghurt (I use coconut yoghurt)

Seeds of choice

Nuts of choice

Sultanas

Fresh fruit

Frozen Mango (optional)

To Make

Pour milk into a medium jar

Add chia seeds and stir

Place lid on and put in the fridge

Stir a few more times before going to bed

Next morning add to your chia pudding the remaining ingredients and enjoy! I haven't put quantities for the extra ingredients as it will depend on what you have and the size of your jar. I just use whatever and fill the jar. YUM!!

Breakfast can often be a challenge, trying to come up with new and delicious recipes.
